I've been taking computer forensics classes for the last two semesters and one thing my teachers have hammered home is the importance of credibility when giving testimony (either as a fact or expert witness).

It's extremely important to be able to say "I don't know" when someone asks a question that you don't know the answer to.

I actually live in the city where this trial is occurring, about a 2 minute drive away, and i find it so crazy that all of this is happening so close by. Team Johnny for sure!

It's worth pointing out that during some parts of Depp's testimony, we could hear a mic on plaintiff's table through the streamed footage. It wasn't very loud, wouldn't have been heard by the jury, and mostly just picked up breathing, but we *did* hear the occasional whisper of "hearsay", without a corresponding speaking objection actually being made. So we got to see first hand them making strategic decisions about when *not* to object. Of course, not all of their decisions were agreeable to the general audiences, but it was still their strategic choice.

You gotta check out some more of this trial. There is a part where depp couldn’t help but smile as he explains the day that amber literally pooped in his bed. I mean idk anything about defamation so not sure how to pick a side for that, but if this were criminal for assault, amber would certainly be guilty.

Definitely team Depp. Even if Amber's lawyers weren't making themselves look like clowns I'd still be on team Depp.

Team Johnny. I didn't know anything about this going in, and it didn't take me too long to determine from what Teard herself was claiming that she a lying ho out for herself.
There might've been problems in the relationship and I highly doubt Depp is innocent of everything, but you don't get to ruin a man's career over things he demonstrably didn't do and you yourself are quite guilty of.

I went in pretty much trying to figure out if the trial in the UK was fair with no side to I was planning to take. The thing is after 9 days I'm pretty much at the point I don't believe the trial in the UK was fair anymore and largely can't wait for this to end. I'm still paying attention to the details but so far I have to say I've fallen in the line of team JD. Amber's choice of outfits in court make me feel like she's mimicking JD and still trying to piss him off and get in his head to this day. Also it's pretty damning to say she isn't in it for the money while counter sueing for money and having already been outted for not paying the 7 figure donation you promised.

I mean a saucy text between a previous married couple doesn’t seem like damning evidence but it was comical just plainly because a part of me feels like maybe the lawyer didn’t understand 😅
