As a bus operator, it looks like the bus was turning and had clearance and then this individual decides to back into him on purpose. I have seen this happen before.

I feel like I know exactly where that is. Right under the A train at Rockaway. That bus makes a ridiculous turn there and half the time they cant even go and have to yell at whatever driver to move.
