I recently updated from Cubase 7 which I loved. But I have to say I am loving the professional feel of Cubase 10 it's at another level.

I think Steinberg should do a video on the flexible approach Cubase offers in terms of remote and macro control of virtually every single parameter. The access to Macros and midi control that Cubase offers is second to none and certainly keeps me using Cubase over other DAWs .

How about a video on dealing with the missing presets/samples that everything pops up everytime I try to load a preset? Beyond frustrating and amazing this isn't managed more gracefully.

Any plans to upgrade from the dongle?? Surely there is a more modern way to protect licensing? I like the software but using it on two computers is really a hassle, especially if you use the vst's with other apps like Komplete Kontrol.

Everytime during live stream tutorials of cubase, cubase crashes few times mostly due to elicenser errors. But than they reupload the video of those moments edited out

I love using Cubase but I'm not impressed. How about improving load times, fix the plug-in manager, better drag and drop between projects, fix the confusing mediabay. THATS the kind of upgrades I want to see. Not an improved UI? WWISE looks like its from 1995 but it's still super powerful and easy and fun to use.

Except the audio cuts out randomly once a day and you have to shut down Cubase entirely and reload your session to get the sound back.

I thought I'd check this video out because I get all these guys telling me, "You need to switch to Cubase! Best DAW ever!" I don't know why it's so important to them to convert people - maybe they need reasurrance that they've spent all that money wisely?
Also, being a former Cubase user, I wanted to see if I still didn't like the GUI, which I don't, and what it can do that I can't already do just as well and perhaps more easily, which is nothing. So I see no reason to spend more money on a new DAW when all I'm gaining is a typical Cubase learning curve for a program I already find unintuitive and not user friendly.
Also, judging by some of the technical complaints I'm reading here, I hope Steinberg has improved its user support over the years.

Also, this is slightly off topic, but since the main selling points of the video included pitch correction and quantization, I thought I would put my two cents in. We got along fine without either of these for decades, but the players actually had to be talented enough to play and sing in tune and in time. In fact, I think pitch correction and quantization are the reason that so much pop music these days sounds like it was made by robots, and the reason that so many people who aren't very talented can be made into stars. Any DAW calling itself "professional" can do correct timing and pitch, so when Cubase makes this a selling point, it seems to me they're aiming more for hobbyists.

I am currently using Cubase 10 Pro, and having one problem, and that is when i'm in variaudio and when I click on any blob on a copied track I get a popup to choose continue or a new version which is normal on shared/copies of tracks, but what is not normal is when I click on continue the popup closes but when I click on some blob again, it shows that popup again asking me the same question, so it doesn't remember my choice. If, however, I choose new version that popup doesn't shows again and its remembering my choice for that sesion. I don't know if thats a bug or is something screwed on my system or Cubases preferences?

Just updated to C10pro yesterday and I already can say it has tons of awesome new features. I only have to sort out external plugins detection issue. It keeps blacklisting all the components from NI Komplete 12 although they are 64bit. Anyone experienced that problem?
