Orcas are pretty clever. They've figured out how to tip seals of from the ice. They create this wave and tip over the ice. They're pretty lucky they didn't do the same with the boat.
But quick thinking by the seal though.

They are lucky the orcas didn't try to flip the boat.. orcas are extremely smart and work as a team when hunting...

That seal recognized that humans also had no desire to be in the water w Orcas and took a leap of faith! I hope he’s survived many days since this one! No shade to the orcas lol.

Lucky seal, he lives to see another day, and the orcas are living free just doing what comes naturally to them and not jumping through hoops, and catching fish that's slung into them in their cement tubs.

Being at the right place, at the right time, can make a lifetime experience. Poor little thing, the look in it's eyes showed it begging for their help just by being patient, they didn't have to interfere. Incredible!

This is the 5th video in a row with seals jumping in boats that I’ve watched. These little creatures are really smart. It’s amazing how clever animals, mammals etc and even insects are.
