• Cookie dough recipe adapted from: preppy kitchen on youtube

Ingredients:

✰ 2 cups sifted all purpose flour (240g)

✰ 2 1/5 tbsp corn starch (20g)

✰ 1/4 tsp salt

✰ 1/2 cup unsalted room temp butter (113g)

✰ 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100g)

✰ 1 room temp egg

✰ 1 tsp vanilla (5ml)

✰ Any jam (no chunks)

✰ Powered sugar

Bake at 350F for 10mins. Let them cool down completely before assembling.
