Great content as usual!
I just have a little question: how should my caloric intake look like when I am running long distances and therefore burning a ridiculously high amount of energy? I heard the body would adapt to the running in order to minimze energy effort. Besides the long distance trailrunning, I am also doing heavy weight training. My goal is to build muscle, have a fairly lean body (not too much but also not too little fat) while having great endurance.
I would be very glad about some tips :)

Very great video been waiting for this topic to be explained professionally, i do have a question if I'm 15% body fat mostly around my belly( can see 4 abs only) and I have decent muscles form and decided to go for a more muscle growth option which I would increase calories by 300 for 6 months to gain 0.5% weekly, can I do 2 weeks mini cuts in the mid of the 6 month period do get that extra fat down or should I focus only on surplus for the whole 6 months then do a cut phase? which are the best options for me with that bodyfat percentage? or just stay at my maintenance and slowly grow and lose more fat? is the surplus then cut would give me more muscles at the end vs maintaining in this 6 month period ? ( my weight is 65.5kg I'm 179 cm)
