So let me get this right - competing leaderboard speedrunner is discontent with the runs of another, attempts to interrupt the run of another runner by asking them to open a menu on a good pace run, gets suspicious that he doesn't comply. Uses a chat bot known for hallucinating to teach himself something he knows nothing about, is warned by the bot that doing audio amplification isn't a good method to detect this sort of thing multiple times, does it anyway, then makes a public accusation against the runner despite a head mod waiting to verify the accusation?

Maybe a hot take, but if I was a mod of this community, based on what's presented here, Brood would be getting a ban for at least a year for this BS. Tormenting a community member, wasting multiple people's time trying to research his allegations, blatantly ignoring mod's instructions to not publicly post the allegations before the mods do; all the while not being able to confidently stand behind what he's accusing without a chatbot there holding his hand. Absolutely baffling behavior.

Just fyi for anyone thinking Brood wasn't accusing blink maliciously, he's the #3 runner on the boards. Really doesn't put him in a good light with how obvious it is in the chat logs that he's just trying to get it to agree with him. Jealousy and resentment are a hell of a drug.

Deciding you are right and then looking for supporting evidence is NOT how this is done, especially not by using a technology that is well known for its ability to be painfully wrong, when you have a hypothesis, the first thing you should be doing is trying to prove it wrong.
