8:49 - 12:29 I’ve never heard this concept broken down so beautifully. This a gem. I because you realize that that the audience has to have the initial problem in the first place, your offer’s main goal is to solve that problem, and then your branding is the tool used to convey that your offer is the solution. I have a feeling that Brian Kurtz doesn't really have a deep understanding of what Branding really is. Branding is not "the creative".
