The stairs seem steep. Love that you don't have the bed on the floor. The bathroom door could hold a spice rack, while the space by the backdoor could have a wall cabinet for storage/pantry.

That means washing hands, brushing teeth and for men who do, shaving in the kitchen sink? It’s a great little house but that would be a deal breaker.

I think there must be a way to install a small 'bowl sink' in the shower space for handwashing. Maybe with hinges so it flips up out of the way?

No, I would not live in this tiny house. I guess it's okay for renters who don't want to actually spend much time in the house. If I'm traveling I'd rather a cottage where you can actually stand when you get up from bed or a hotel room.
