Madness to do these kind of " full reps" below the nose it totally takes the tension off shoulders, the legs and chest come into play and below the nose reps are an accident waiting to happen

Idk what is a military press machine, it just looks like a seated overhead press. Bar isn’t attached to the machine.

You don’t need to go into a full motion until you hit your chest for this specific exercise. You risk injury and all you need to do is go slightly below parallel, which is typically a little below your chin and back up. This will focus entirely on developing your shoulders. I can see why your shoulders are not fully developed compared to your chest and arms.

That’s not a machine. I would recommend standing ohp. Better all around shoulder press

You don’t have to rack it behind your head. Turn the bench around and rack from the front or do standing
