It's Reduta Ordona, an Adam Mickiewicz's poem, wroted in 1832, which is a description of the defense of Warsaw against the Russians during the November Uprising in September 1831 by the crew of Reduta 54, where Julian Ordon was the commander of the artillery. Used text is:
mieczem skinął
I jak ptak jedno skrzydło wojska swego zwinął;
Wylewa się spod skrzydła ściśniona piechota
Długą czarną kolumną, jako lawa błota,
Nasypana iskrami bagnetów. Jak sępy
Which can be translated to:
he nodded with his sword
And like a bird he folded up one wing of his army;
