The brother IMO is not the perpetrator.
I'm sure he was aware of the abuse of his sister...😓
But I'm fairly convinced both her parents had everything to do with it and it might have including sexual abuse.
I feel Patsy had grown some displaced Animosity & Jealousy towards her own daughter 😬
But the smoking gun for me that definitely pointed to the parents knowing exactly what happend, I'll explain below ⬇️
* If you find a ransom letter in your house,
(a very strange extensive 5 page letter, real abductors would never write 😏)
But if you would read that your daughter has been taken, what would be the 1st thing you'd do?
- Check if she's in her bedroom (they checked and she was not) then check if your other child Burke is ok and safe in his bedroom. (He was safe)
So what would be the next thing that would go through your mind about what you'd do and you would want to know?
- I'd have want to know how this could have happened in our own home so I would go look for these answers immediately. 🔍
If she's not here in her bedroom, how the hell could someone got into our house with the front door locked..?
You would think the next natural reaction would be that these parents would be wanting to look throughout the entire house to figure out what happend, to see if they can find clues to where she has gone and how someone got into the house in the first place.. all in a desperate search of getting anwers 🧐
If I was in this situation, the first overwhelming feeling would be the need to know WTF happend, where is my daughter and how did they manage to take her, beginning with a thorough search in the home, looking in every nook and cranny, even widening the search to the outside, to see if there are footprints or a piece of clothing, really any possible clue that might have been left behind by our daughter & "abductor"!!! That's what I would do.
And that's my point, the smoking gun 🔥
* Both parent's were never compelled to thoroughly search the home and look in every room...they never took the effort to step outside premisse to search around the house for clues. They obviously never wondered how the hell this perpetrator gained excess to the home...
Logical reasoning for this behavior would be, they knew there wasn't an abductor.
They never carefully searched the residence because they knew where Jonbenet was.
That's why they ignored the basement because they've placed her there.
If they for one second truly were concerned about their daughter because they really thought Jonbenet was abducted, they would have started a carefull search of their property and in doing so would have stumbled upon Jonbenet in the basement immediately that early morning before the police would have even arrived at the residence!
John Ramsey claimed to police to only have done a walk-through the house when they discovered Jonbenet was missing but seemingly and conveniently forgot the basement, strange because he knew very well that the basement could have been an easy entrance point into the home since he had some experience with the matter himself not that long before.
He forgot his keys 🔑 inside the home one-time and had to break-in through lifting the grate and break the basement window so he could enter the home again! He even admitted failing to repair that broken basement windows.... 😳
Keeping that in mind, John knew the home had a vulnerability, it being the basement which provided easy accessibility because of the broken window he caused and never fixed.
☆ However John never thought to go look in to the basement, didn't mention the basement to police as being a vulnerable point. That entire morning for hours upon hours he simply forgets/or acts like the house hasn't got a basement.
Even when he finally did end up there, it was because he was ordered to go look through the house, meaning also the basement.
He didn't supposedly found Jonbenet in the basement because he suddenly remembered he didn't searched the basement...yet so he needed to go look😑 NOoo...
He only went in the basement because the police officer requested him to do so and suggested to John that he needed to search the house once again to see of anything was missing, so he went "looking" with a family friend who also had arrived at the Ramsey Home! He could hardly ignore the basement at this point and that where he not so surprisingly "found" little Jonbenet, never left the house this whole time, still in the home at a location her father conveniently didn't care to look until he had too 😝 Conclusion is simple;
The parents didn't search the entire home when they found out Jonbenet wasn't in her bed/ransom note and they never looked outside the residence for clues, or how the perpetrator gained entrance because they knew very well Jonbenet was laying dead in the basement, they avoided the basement for hours and hours, probably counting on the police to search the home and find Jonbenet in the basement but that didn't happen, incontrary the police officer asked John to look through the entire home once again, now he could not ignore the existence of the basement so...
☆ It's telling 🤓 because both parents didn't display their natural parental instinct when a child goes missing.
NOT showing a deep concern about the current well-being of their child and NO utter need to explore and find answers to what happend at their home.
I would think truly concerned parents would have started with a careful look in & around their own house, it seems to be the very first logical step one would do, when you desperately seek answers on what happend!
A worrying parent would want to know how she could have left the residence, were their clues left behind, footsteps, clothing, open doors or windows....
The Ramsey showed NON of that and To Me that just says it all 🙊 !¡!

I think being a rich business man you can get people in your life thst hate . I thik there was 2 people . The sbtc coukd be to do with the chinese off dhore snd exporting . If john was dealing in people who are dangerous .

DNA rules out any family member. There are two theories that I think are true from different readers I’ve watched. One theory is the nanny’s husband, who used to do handyman work at the house, they also asked the ramsays for $2k just before the murder and were declined.
The other theory is a man from her dance studio or pageant that became obsessed with her. 9 mths after Jon Benet’s murder, another girl from her dance studio/pageant was attacked in her bed a few km’s away, but the boulder police didn’t do any dna testing and did not link the case to Jon Benet’s case..
