My brother is 3 years older than me and when I was a kid, he’d get so abusive towards me that I remember thinking he wanted me dead… I was around 8 or 9 when I had that thought. I was my dads girl and it really rubbed him the wrong way. To this day(43), he still denies anything out of the normal happen when we were kids… I moved 2000 miles away when I was 25. I am now happy in my life! Siblings violence is real and often downplay by parents.

One of the biggest red flags is the fact after Patsy finds and then reads the ransom note, and calls the police - when ask she answers; ... Burke is upstairs asleep. How in the heck could a mother not go and get the other child in the house if one was missing. Wouldn't a 'normal mom' worry that the kidnapper could still be inside the house?

The fact that kid wasn’t scared after someone may have gone into his house and killed his sister is odd. I remember when I was 13, someone broke into our house and stole jewelry from my parents’ room. It happened during the day when no one was home. We didn’t realize it until the next day when there were flies in the house from the missing screen. I was terrified and that was just stuff being stolen, not murder.

The fact that he says I’m not scared or worried after someone broke into the house and murdered his sister is very very odd 🚩

Most of us would say “i always sleep real deeply and I never wake up” Burks response of “and I never hear anything” sounds od

ANOTHER NOTE: I believe the Ramsay's DELIBERATELY allowed neighbors & friends to contaminate the house before the police were called hrs after the murder. Sympathy for Patsy and Money played in their favor in my opinion. money talks

The Ramseys only got away with covering up Jonbenet's death because they're rich.

Anyone else found it odd that a nine or 10-year-old would describe his dead sister as the body

Chilling, to see him make the "hit her in the head" motion. There's a picture of the family, P and J sitting, JB right in front of them, B standing very awkwardly BEHIND the father. IMO, that picture speaks volumes, about the family dynamic, and how angry and left out B must have felt. JMO

Burke didn't ask what happened to her or why would anyone do that to her. He asked "Where did they find her body?"

This channel is like a breathe of fresh air to me. There are so many so called therapists, arm chair psychologists, body language bruhaha out there. Then there are the comments, where every serial killer is called 'autistic'. I believe Burke has been called that many times as well, and it is so interesting to hear an intelligent analysis of this case. Yes, it is speculation, but speculation based on thorough research and knowledge of psychiatry. I really loved the analysis of the Chris Watts case as well.

Who else would parents work so hard to cover up a crime for? A minor child obviously.

Things weren't all happy families and perfect in that house. Housekeeper gave very in depth rundown of the situation as she experienced it working for them! Police should've listened more to her story.

Great video. Between his behavior after it happened and his behavior during the Dr. Phil episode, I absolutely believe that he was responsible and the parents covered it up, and in order to keep suspicion off of the family, they staged the theatrical kidnapping/ransom, to put suspicion on anyone else, a group of foreigners, John's employees/coworkers, the housekeeper, the neighbors, anyone besides them. Burke couldn't hide his sheer joy either then or now, over being the only child. The parents probably drilled it into his head that if he didn't want to be implicated then he needed to keep his mouth shut.

I knew he was guilty as a kid watching this play out. It's so obvious. This analysis is excellent

What parent would leave their child in their room, in a huge house, after finding that letter?? Then finding your child's body, murdered. That to me doesn't make sense....Very interesting and regards from Ireland 🇮🇪

I've always believed that it was the son, after Detectives noticed that the ransom note was written in Patti's hand writing and the total amount was the same as a Bonus check that John received from his employer prior to the killing. Information through the media, was that their son became upset that Jon had eaten some of his pineapple . He became enraged then took a heavy flashlight and struck Jon in the head killing her. John and Pattie were desperate and covered up that horrible event. John had connections with Government officials and law enforcement to look in other directions, ( such as a stranger abduction and Sexual assault ) This crime was staged, Plain and Simple !!. ( What a terrible event in their lives, to know that your boy killed your baby girl, then live with him, and that horrible secret for the rest of your life !!!. Thanks for sharing this video, I think you and I came to the same conclusion !!!.

I have autism and 3 of my children also have the diagnosis. We can all be engaged in conversation. Not all people with autism have the same experiences. I can be anywhere from painfully awkward to help I am talking and can’t shut up. Please be careful that you don’t accidentally give people the impression that all people with autism will “look the same “ also Autism is no longer defined my high and low functioning but by level of support needs. Also people with autism can experience and express themselves emotionally as well. My boys and I laugh when we find something funny, cry when we are sad or having emotional meltdowns, we also cry when we get frustrated. Can we dissociate when we are frightened or overwhelmed? Absolutely. Idea that you have to have a flat affect to have autism is in accurate too. It is a vey complex and dynamic neuro developmental diagnosis.
Edit 2: I hope that I am not coming across harsh or overly critical. I get really protective of the autism community because there has been a lot of misunderstandings about autism lately. I just found your channel and am enjoying it. I think it is awesome to watch a channel grow and evolve.

Sounds like he’s been coached by his parents to not say anything about certain things.
