If I had known this exercise existed, I would have used it during work. I’m not sure what triggered my small anxiety attack, but my stomach was hurting a bit and I was worrying what the hell caused it. So I ended up feeling anxious for the last 2 hours of my shift. I’m definitely keeping this handy, so I can refer back to it whenever I feel an anxiety attack coming on. Thank you very much for uploading this!

I do therapy with college students and use this strategy all the time. I also have a variety of short breathing exercises for kids on my channel, Breathing Breaks. 😊
