You got like maybe a foot either side and truck it don’t drive like a Tesla you constantly correcting and adapting unless you drive a really expensive Pete or KW. It’s not trench work but it also ain’t no flower plucker either.

Go to a state that doesn't take half your income in taxes and you'll see only California drivers get pay like this off the bat.

You do need experience if you want to go straight to driving i think 1 year minimum but ltl/ food service local experience is preferred

It all depends on you’re center and seniority you hardly hear the top drivers complain been through it all. New guys expect special treatment especially coming from a competitor usually quit or go back to where they came from.

Oh oh just to step in an inform u ppl that plan on working at fedEX…. Don’t get this mixed up from the other unorganized large and mixed up packages u see in fedEX semis … because in reality it’s a fucn nightmare unloading them.. I know.. oh I know ! So distinguish between the 2. Freight has nicely packed pallets and the other ones DO NOT. Also remember they are in transition to becoming fully fedEX ground so contracting pay might change.. fedEX is terrible and needs to get their sht together.

Shit a ground I make 18hr 150 stops and I do my best to hurry still not happy and not happy with my Tuesday package handler I need a big raise
