Harris Erases Trump’s Swing-State Lead to Statistical Dead Heat: Bloomberg News/Morning Consult Poll

Kamala Harris has wiped out Donald Trump’s lead across seven battleground states, according to the latest Bloomberg News/Morning Consult poll. The race has become a statistical dead heat with Harris backed by 48% of voters to 47% for Trump. Kevin Whitelaw reports.

My take on all this: conservatives keep harping on how no one likes Harris and how poorly she did running for pres.

Yes she didn't do great running the first time around but the environment was different and she didn't have the big money behind her.

Her positives are just breaking 50% while Trump is still less than 34% positive.

This time around I think she stands an excellent chance of winning due to several factors that were not present last time.

1. Trump is hated by most Americans. His base doesn't seem to understand how much Trump is utterly despised by the majority of Americans. Not just not wanted, or not liked, he is hated more than any other person I can think of throughout our history.

2. Harris is younger and fresher and while she might not be loved abundantly by everyone she is liked enough and most importantly she is not Trump.

3. Many will vote for Harris because of who she is ( I am in that group) but many will vote for her because they fear and hate Trump so much (I am also in that group)

4. People realize how old, crazy, and scary Trump is and many who would never normally vote Democratic, or for a woman, or for a Black woman, are going to race to the polls to vote for her out of fear of another 4 years of Trump.

5. We need to keep the gas pedal pressed down hard and do everything we can to get her elected. We can do this. She can win. We can (maybe, hopefully) finally get rid of Trump and his spawn once and for all.

Let's put Trump, his kids, his party, his insanity into the history books as the worst chapter in our country.
