Hey Guys, This is actually a hard OLED. Not an LCD. Still a really crappy replacement in comparison to the original that they broke, but not as bad as an LCD. Just wanted to clarify that

If I ever break my phone, I’d want someone like you to fix it.

That’s not just phone repair, that’s honorable business. Thanks for doing the right thing and showing grace to her!

It's a shame that most repair places do not have your work ethics

If this ever happens to me I’ll get so mad. That’s why I have 7 cases and 30 screens protectors, so I never have to repair it

PRG you're the BEST ❤ i swear I'm always so scared with the person who repairs my phone. Hence why I've had ONLY one guy repair all my phones since forever. But if i were near you and i had to get my phone fixed. I'd definitely be sending it your way

I invested money on equipment to fix my own devices, it was pretty expensive but I made my money back by fixing things for my relatives and friends.

Learn how to fix your own things, it's pretty simple once you get the hang of it.

Stories like this remind me why I’ll always fix my own devices, it’s so hard to find a reputable shop

Two life rules to live by.

1) You break it, you buy it.

2) Always leave things equal or better than you found them.

I once worked for a company (local to my area so I’m not just going to put the company name out on the Internet) that wouldn’t replace computer parts with equal or better parts when broken by a technician and they would still charge the customers for the man hours worked to fix what the company employee broke. I pretty quickly left that job, always told customers this when they wanted to get something repaired and to this day when someone asks me about getting stuff fixed I always turn people away from that business.

100% right on breaking while doing the repair. Once you touch it you own it. That's why some of us try to do the very best job with our repairs, because we treat the customers property as if it where our own.
