Ready to punch, kick, knee strike, sweat and have a ton of B&B fun? Then this 45 minute, equipment FREE FBKO is for you!

You need absolutely nothing for this workout but your badass ninja self! I'll be taking you through 4, 3-minute kickboxing rounds with 90 second full body, body weight burnouts between! Feeling a little spicy? Then grab a set of light hand weights for some extra burn. DO YOU and modify accordingly. Enjoy and happy sweating!

*Please make sure to properly warm up prior to this workout and also cool down. My B&B program has separate warm ups and cool downs so you can mix and match to create your own workout adventure! *

I’m so glad to be a B and B member. Joined early during the Pandemic which at the time I thought would be short term until my gym opened. A year and a half later, my gym is open and I still prefer to workout with Christa every morning!
