To all my loyal subscribers... I’m being very honest when I say, this may be the most difficult video to watch. I know how uncomfortable it is to admit we have toxic ways because I was THERE. I want to stress one major point in the video: Do NOT get down on yourself!
Every single one of us has toxic behaviors. Just because we have toxic actions DOES NOT MEAN WE ARE A BAD PERSON! There are a lot of things in life that can turn us into an unhealthy version of ourselves… but it’s our job to take responsibility and put action towards becoming the BEST version of ourselves. Greatness doesn’t happen overnight, so be patient with yourself. Take everything one step at a time.
