The thing is even when you go there, before checking in on the warranty it goes for a complete check up for 10-15 days to see if there is any water damage or other damage apple doesn't give a replacement easily and they only assist you immediately when you have apple care and if there actually a company fault then they will replace it under WARRANTY but it does take time and the people who are saying warranty period is over you can buy apple care which is expensive but worth it

That is a very obvious thing with every brand.
If your faulty product is under warranty it must be repaired or replaced for free

Now let me clarify it properly for general audience so they get fooled by such videos
1)If ur product gets a fault & is under warranty period u are supposed to visit the customer service center ...
2) There they will tell u all of their terms and conditions and will only assist u if u have a valid bill and ur product is not physically damaged in any way....
3) They will take ur product for repair and if they find that was tempered before by any unauthorised means than they will deny u any assistance and u will have pay them some labour charges for wasting their time ....
4) They will not issue u a replacement until ur product becomes impossible to fix ... They will keep on reparing it for first few times ...if it doesn't fix they might look forward for replacement
This process can take hrs, days sometimes in few weeks ....

Things told above are same for almost all brands is not specific to Apple.. ✌️

Mere one plus k earphone me bhi aisa hi kuch hua tha. Center ne check krne k liye liya, andar le gye aur speaker grill tod kr bahar le aye aur bola ki external damage hai.
I was helpless, but bolne k alawa aur kuch kr bhi nhi skte.
