250 g cottage cheese
1 onion cut into cubes
1 capsicum cut into cubes
1/2 cup onion paste
11/2 cup tomato paste

2 TSP coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp black pepper
3 green cardamom

1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 TSP turmeric powder
1/2 TSP garam masala
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp kasuri methi

10-12 cashews paste
2-3 tbsp fresh cream or milk cream
1/3 cup oil
coriander leaves
green chillies
