I’m a recovering addict and I’ve been on the right path for about 6 months now I gave my life to the lord years ago when I was a child but recently rededicated my life to him but I’ve been struggling with falling back into old habits like not wanting to get out of bed or go to work please pray for me, I usually give up around this time but I want to keep fighting I want a relationship with the lord ❤ any suggestions on scripture for motivation?

Aren’t we all battling this in THIS day? Our “go, go, go” world, Our “be better by doing more” world? Disconnecting might mean those that love us don’t understand our desire to be intentional in our relationship with Jesus. But the intentional time with Jesus helps the fruit of the Spirit do its work through me. Jesus, help us all here. We love you and need you. Help us disconnect what the “world” desires so that we can fill up with you and support one another, our families, and show hope to a world that needs you. I’ve had my breakdowns and breakthroughs—without you, all else fails. I lift all my brothers and sisters here. Our value is not what we produce—we are loved and we can rest in that promise.
