In this video, Dr. Dani goes through some of the full body Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) to quickly give you a refresher on how to do the movements. As she mentions in the opening, we encourage you to perform the movements in both directions, on both sides of the body, 2-3 times each movement. These can be done multiple times a day.
