Ive owned over 20 pit bulls, 2 xl American Bullys and 2 American Bulldogs... Possibly 3... One of them was a mix and a rescue...he totally counts... But the AB is by far my favorite breed... Even over my well trained pit and Rottweiler... Domino was the perfect dog on all levels... AB was tough as hell, very seldom got ill and was very vigilant.... Without any training....

I absolutely ADORE my sisters American Bully! The most friendly bag of muscle ever! It looks like the most intimidating beast with its musculature and large soccer ball shaped head, but I’ve yet to see it display any kind of aggression whatsoever yet - he would be the perfect lap dog if he wasn’t so damn heavy!

These comparison are very inaccurate(as far as I’m concerned).I’ve owned both breeds on several occasions, and my ABs(3 in the past and 1now);Has surpassed my BULYS(3 in the past and 1now)In pretty much everything.The ABs are simply more dominant/athletic, and topped the BULYs in every category I’ve introduced them to.My dogs are alway top quality, and well cared for.These comparisons SEEM biased, but they may just reflect the quality of the dogs owned by unreliable sources.

I am confused, I have a dog that is a “blue nose pit Bull” was my sons, he is 105 pounds and a bit overweight now. But he was bought as a pup when my son got him he had papers I think? But he passed away so that is why I have his beautiful dog. I don’t know if he is a blue nose pit Bull or is he American bull dog? Heinz I typed what is difference and well, he has traits of both. So I thought it was same type of dog. Can someone help me to know the difference? Not actually traits but I heard they were two different dog types. So what was the original makeup I guess? And how do I know what mine is if I don’t know where his papers are ? He is sweet and I was afraid of him at first because of all the media hysteria. But he quickly became my shadow and is more cuddly than any dog I have had even compared to small dogs. He goes every place with me. He is loyal and would protect me if anyone tried to hurt me but he also listens well when I tell him to settle and I can handle him well. It’s like he knew I was his “dads” mommy. And he listens to me more than even my husband lol. Course he listens to him but looks at me first before he decides to do what he is told. I have to nod to him to say it’s okay. He is beautiful y’all.

Bullies are bulldogs w out bulldog bloodline any kind you will never have a "american bully". Bulldogs are real bullies. & bulldogs come in tri colors as well.
