I remember hearing this song for this first time in the theater. It wasn’t like anything I’d heard before. It was so beautiful and perfect for the end of that movie. I also think it’s really cool that httyd kept to the tradition of ending every film with a Jonsi song. God I love How to Train Your Dragon.

I remember when I was five my parents brought home a toy of hiccup and toothless, along with the DVD of the movie (I still have both). We all sat down in the living room and watched the movie together, and it was an absolute blast. A year later the sequel came out and it was the first movie I ever watched in theaters. This franchise has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and it has brought me so much joy
