For those who have movement prediction disabled and still have this issue, try capping to lower fps, it helped for me. (I play at 200 with no issues)

i fixed this by going to nvidia settings, checking my displays refresh rate (144hz) and than limiting the ingame league client fps to the same amount 144 fps

i used to play with movment prediction this issue wasnt happening . but now its happens but i cant play the game without movment prediction how can i solve ?

lol this is likely caused by the frame rate, u prbbly have a monitor that only supports 144hz or lower.
