In Dutch we have “uitbuiken” which is like… stretching the belly after a large meal, which could be similar to sobramesa

In german we do have a word for "Siesta"
It's "Mittagsschlaf" or "Mittagsschläfchen"

All these words have synonymous equivalents in Galician and Portuguese, pendejo is stupid, cool term, rebujito is rework and reworked project, dessert and work area and office and weekend.
They have cognates in other Iberian and even Romanic languages, they are translatable yes.
