It’s actually sad and frustrating hearing how the Soviets chose to change the way the rivers to the Aral Sea flow with no regard for the scar left behind. I hope the north part will fully recover

Im surprised the hoover dam isn't all this list because it's losing so much water the 2 main inlet towers are almost above the water line, they had to add a third inlet underwater in the middle of the lake to keep getting water to the power generators. In 1980 the water level was overflowing the spillway but in 40 years the water level is almost dry at the inlet towers.

You have forgotten to say temperatures and sea levels has been rising since the last ice age, also co2 levels were 30 times higher in prehistoric times!!!

I agree with the message of don’t ruin the places you visit and be more of a conservationist in your life, but nobody can stop climate change. It happened 12, 000 years ago and it will happen again. Just remember climate alarmists, once all the ice melts, buckle up for a 3000 year ice age.

If you were able to stop all human activity linked to CO2 how would you stop the volcanic output of CO2?

Thumbnail is a California reservoir (prob. Shasta). These are used for water capture and storage. They are routinely drained and filled. 70% full is the average annual maximum. Totally full only occurs in years of high rainfall. Empty does not represent a permanent drought change.

Such a shame about the Great Barrier Reef and the Great Wall. 2 places I'll never see but truly amazing at the size of them.

None of it would be a real big loss. All this has happened before and will continue. Pretty boring shit right here.
