Kazuha AND Heizou build?!

I know there are options for them both, you could run both of them focused around more attack and crit stats and have them as main DPS, but I think while being harder to farm these are the two most convenient builds to help you do the most damage overall with all your teammates. Crit/Attack Heizou is definitely a build that's also great, but this is not that build!
At the end of the day build a character how you want to!

I recommend atk/crit build on Heizou. It's how his kit is designed. Atk scaler with that takes advantage of the VV shred and a little EM boost for his teammates.

I agree with kazuha, but not heizou because I consistnently hit 60k w/o buffs and 90k with buffs off swirl

me who runs heizou with 2piece vv + 2piece atk with atk%, anemo dmg, crit
and does, without buffs, 50k with E, 30k with ult and 3-6k with normal attacks

i'm lowkey confused about the full vv set (which i can get behind) with full EM

I think EM is good for Heizou when in team like national or taser. u don't have to spend too much resource for that build (f2p friendly build), while dps build cost many resource, and need good ratio for do big dmg. And i agree for that.

Actually more attack based stats are better for heizou. His kit doesn’t really scale off of em so it’s not really useful
