We had a crane fall onto another building and just hang there in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, but the problem was ... it took MONTHS before they could safely remove the crane so all those streets below were blocked .. it ruined the summer if you had a business around those buildings.

I heard they are refilming the crane scene of Spider-Man 3, because the CGI was so bad. They wanted to do practical/live action for the ultimate uncut / remaster version..
