Just one quibble, Joy: The term "inspire" is rooted in the term spirit and suggests things that carry an element of spirituality.

Instead of media figures saying "Trump inspired the events of January 6..." Better to state that Trump INCITED the events of Jan 6.

George Lakoff explained the power of word frames. That's why buzz terms can prove effective in manipulating crowds.

Right-wing, pro-business think tanks term Social Security as an "entitlement."

They call women's reproductive medical doctors, "abortionists."

Trump is anti-spiritual. He CANNOT inspire, but like a brush fire he certainly does INCITE!
