You want to be the Very Best like no one ever was? Well you better stop slouching and get to training with All your Might. Izuku Midoriya was a timid boy who took himself to a level of badassness with his willpower and His AIM TO PASS THE AMERICAN DREAM PLAN. Goku would be proud of this kid trying to get into MY Hero Academia. LETS Get those ROARING MUSCLES and Earn that One for All power up.
Today's Program will help you build a strong physique worthy of the one for all power up.
PERFORM this 3 DAYS A WEEK

FULL WORKOUT:
Rope Climbing 5 sets up/down OR Towel Pullups 5 sets of 12
Chinups: 4 sets up muscle failure
Pushups: 5 sets until muscle failure
Dumbbell Curls: 3 sets of 8
Tire Runs or Wind Sprints 4 sets of 30 yards
Run 3-5 miles 3-4 days a week

I honestly think this has become my favourite fitness channel. I've always been overweight for the majority of my life and I always loved anime so I relate alot with you. I watch a handful of your videos and I always feel motivated to go train. I'm currently on my 7th week of dedicated training

I'm gonna be honest. I'm not in shape and i'm not a motivated person but after watching this. I feel the urge to train every day until I am in shape and hopefully one day be like you. Thank you for the motivation.

This is your most viewed TLTT and I think it deserves a remake with much more depth like the Baki workout. You have come a Long way since this one and since your shoulder has gotten better I think you should definitely do a new one

i used to workout but I stopped doing that due to my busy schedule and work, but after watching BHNA it makes me wanna get back on working out again. Now seeing and watching your video, it motivates me even more to try finding time to get back on working out again. I'm glad to have your channel in my recommended list. This workout reminded me of when I was attending a carpentry class at my trade school which I finished in 11 months and because I was one of the smaller guys in that trade that was naturally cut do to my fathers genes it took me awhile to get used to lifting some of the heavier things in that trade but by the time I finished in that class I had more muscle than when I first started that trade.

just a throwing it out there kind of thing. I usually work on my forearms by just extending my arms outward and making a fist rapidly and repeatedly until I can't anymore. Usually takes a couple of minutes before tiring out, but it works amazingly well. Love the vids, Jax!
