Midoriya is a boy who tends to suppress his emotions, and although he's known for crying too much, we rarely see him cry out of sadness or negative feelings in general, but here, right here we can see him, hear him scream out all the emotions he's been bottling up, he's screaming out all his frustration, his sadness, his anger, years of being treated differently for not having a quirk, years of bullying and hatred, of people telling him he can't do it, telling him that he should give up. Now he's proving them all wrong, he's showing them he can do it because now he knows he can do it, he believes it(more or less). He's screaming at the world he's the Deku who always does his best
