I think the catchers glove pushed the runners hand back before it touched the plate but that could go either way depending on the umpire

Hand never touched the plate. When you slow it down and pause it looks like his black glove may be under the catcher’s glove, but that is actually a shadow not his hand

He's safe from what it looks like. It's pretty hard to tell though. You can see it by like a frame so it's pretty difficult to tell as an umpire.

If you record and slow it down the runner is safe. It’s extremely close and looks like the catchers glove is right on the runner but the oven mitt is already in the middle of the plate, so logically speaking, a few milliseconds earlier his hand hit the tip of the plate while the catchers glove was still in air.

If you watch it by frame, the catcher taps the runner's hand with the mitt before the runner's fingertips touch the plate. Ump probably noticed that. Hard to tell unless you look extremely close.

He’s safe because the sliding it gives you like an inch of an advantage when you slide, but it also helps with your hand and he safe he safe because they’re sliding hit the plate before just before the catcher tagged them

Close call but after going back and reviewing it, runner is out. The runners sliding mitt was raised up in the air and never touched home plate until the catcher dove and tagged him forcing the runners hand to go down.
