Delicious home made cinnamon swirl loaf made in a Cuisinart bread maker
1 1/4 cup room temp milk
2 1/2 tbs unsalted butter
1 large egg room temp
1 tsp kosher salt
1 1/2 tbs granulated sugar
4 cups unbleached, all purpose flour
2 tsp active dry yeast

Swirl Mix:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/4 (or less) cups raisins (optional)

If you roll the dough out thinner and a rectangle shape you can spread the mix out evenly all over and roll it super tight for way more layers. I just feel it turns out much better doing it this way than having a few thick layers like seen in this video. Try it out, tell me what you think.

Im going to try this with cream cheese icing because it looks just like a big cinnamon bun! Thanks for the recipe, i will make it for my brother (hopefully he will be off the diet by then lol)

I wish you showed the machine when adding the topping . Brand new to it and have no idea when to take out the doe . Directions in manual aren’t very clear for someone that has no idea how to use one .

I think I’d add the raisins at the add-in beep, then the filling when you did. Then I’ll set the delay timer so the bread is done about the time I get up in the morning 🤗

Please tell the loaf size at the beginning of the video. Great job. Have the same machine as you so love the different types of bread you make . Just need to know the size

I've made the cinnamon swirl bread that comes from the manual in my Cuisinart Convection bread makers. However, at about 45 minutes in it clicks and beeps and that's when I take the dough out to roll and add mixing. However, when I post the start/stop/pause button to restart it doesn't work. When I keep pressing it goes to the original setting.

Hello. I just got this machine and the first loaf I made was this. Followed the instructions to a tee but my loaf was VERY dense. Was yours like this? Admittedly I might of cut it too soon to sample but doubt that’s what made it so dense. I’m at sea level and wonder if it just needed some more milk?? Open to any thoughts you might have. Might try another loaf tonight and see how it works out.

Approximately when should I be listening for the beeps that indicate it is time to remove the dough and add the cinnamon? I can't sit in the kitchen all day waiting for the beeps.
