I am thinking off doing a factory reset on my fire stick 1 can I set it all back up using my android phone as I no longer have the remote and 2 would I lose downloader at present I have it loaded or should I just leave it why I am doing this is the Amazon fire stick phone app freezes I have to uninstall then re install it any help on this works ok on the iPad at the moment lol

Good evening Tanya, I bought the 3rd generation fire cube and I'm trying to download bee tv but it says for my security my tv is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source (downloader). Now I tried following this tutorial but there is no About in preference's so is there another in advance if you can help this California Grandma :)
