I find it ironic because Daft Punk sounds better the more they use actual instruments in their tracks.

Daft Punk were always inspired by disco. Disco music was all about orchestras with actual people playing music. They collaborated with Nile Rodgers who’s considered a disco guru. I mean, yes, they were electronic music artists, but they were also very talented instrumentalists who stuck to a lot of old fashioned and ethical methods in their music.

i knew daft punk was gonna break up eventually but i always assumed it was cuz guy-man was too introverted to be in the spotlight, plus they both got families to tend to

They’re coming back. They killed the Robots in the Epilogue video the day they made the announcement in Feb 2021, and now they’re going to come back as their Human selves. The are HUMAN AFTER ALL… They’ve been trying to say this for a long time now.
