That cringe moment (see 2:05:33) when a student actually makes a valid remark, investigates an issue on your repo, comes up with a solution and goes through the trouble of creating a pull request only for you to go on this rant about Windows users (probably 90% of your students), how you wants to just ignore GitHub feedback from your students (nice one), how colons might look “better” than hyphens on filenames (do you really want to go there ?) and how you prefer using LinkedIn messaging to discuss your GitHub repo over GitHub ? (might want to look into how github works)

Just use Github for what is meant to be used and create a repo that everybody can clone. That shouldn't be rocket science for a tech educator.

What that student was doing is exactly what we want and look for from tech professionals in the corporate world. It's mind boggling to see a tech educator responding to a student in the way you did.

Also doubt that you have any kind of real world job experience in the tech or software development industry over the past 15 years when looking at your code samples / labs.
