Contact Center Set Up - Easy Integrations Aircall and Freshdesk - [2021]

Hi there,

I am uploading a video on how to set up a Call Center, super EASY! 💻🖱

We are using two commercial software:
1. Aircall (Virtual Phone System)
2. Freshdesk (Customer Relationship Management Software) 👩‍💻

📞 You can even only use Freshdesk to handle your phone system but, if I am not mistaken, they charge by the minute while air call has an unlimited plan of minutes. I will upload a video when I have the Freshdesk phone software only.

These systems are working well so far. Aircall has a support line that is very responsive (chat on their website) and they do their best to help you out. If you have issues the first line of support can't help you with, they will offer you to set up a call back from the tech guys.

Freshdesk support is pretty responsive as well and they assign you an account manager, which is pretty cool since that is the person you will be communicating with if you need their support (personalized service).

Both of the systems are very intuitive and user-friendly, however, you have to have some computer knowledge before setting everything up.

Freshdesk's ticketing platform is user-friendly, easy to use and get used to. 🎟✔

Freshdesk's messaging option for your website is really easy to install and it gives you the ability to handle your customer's requests while they are visiting your website.

From previous experience, I can tell you, these are pretty good elements to have for a start-up contact center. They offer you a great variety of integrations you can use to fit your business needs and the good thing is that there is plenty of information on how to work with these tools online plus the knowledge bases they give you access to.

I am satisfied so far, I will keep you updated with other tools I will be using to handle an OUTSOURCING BUSINESS.
