Hey Guys! Over the last Two and a Half years, I have been working on putting together this Video Series to be a Step-By-Step guide on how YOU can K-Swap your own Subaru BRZ/Scion FRS/Toyota GT86. You'll find that all over the videos are VERY long, and that is because I wanted to provide as much detail as I possibly could for those looking to do this swap and want to be as prepared/supported as possible.

Leave any questions you have on the videos, and I'll do my best to try to answer them along the way. Thanks for watching, and don't forget to Subscribe to stay up to date!

I watched the 15 min video, I will be attempting to do this over the weekend with no sleep, lots of alcohol and maybe invite a friend over to hand me tools

Thank you for making this, I will be doing the same on my Gen2 BRZ when the time comes, I will need to do more research in a few years but in the man time the education will be well received.

Bro appreciate your effort of making videos and sharing with us, can you do drive review? Would love to know how your whole build drives and feels, how it is compared to fa20

Hey man I've been watching your k-swap series, I have a 2015 FA20 with a blown motor and I'm trying to see the cheapest options to get a car again, I'm fucking walking around. New fa20 looking around 5-6k, been looking into swaps and it seems like they're triple the So depressing, this car brought me so much joy now so much pain!

I've been thinking about doing this after I get my v8 civic project up and running. I should have my cnc machines up and running by then. I'm getting close to getting my mill up and running. I've been using my manual machines to make the parts for my civic project. I will have to convert my Scion to manual but I think the k series will be a lot more reliable and fun for my frs.

My scion frs has a stretched timing chain and im worried about it being repaird and then it having more problems later. But buying a new motor is 5k and its hard to save that up as a high schooler who can work alot. Saw a k24 for about 800 dollars and got my hopes up maybe i could use it as a cheaper substitute, but theres so much thats gonna make this super expensive too. Idk what to do😭

Been looking at this swap but after reading some post swap reviews, a lot of people complain about drive shaft vibration. Not sure if due to elimination of balance shafts or drive shaft issues, but do you see any issues on a street driven car?

Why this over an IAG closed deck fa20? Seems like it would be cheaper and less hassle.

I appreciate the time and skill to do this I just don’t get why do all this when you could just buy a 800 horsepower rated closed deck IAG FA20 with forged crank and pistons and a turbo kit for half the cost of this and way less time
