Why superfood green powders are actually bad for you.

I give my thoughts on a few green powders I've tried. Some people have problems digesting spirulina and chlorella, so beware of green powders with those ingredients if that sounds like you or you might be in for a really gassy month lol. High carb vegan diets are great, and adding superfood blends to your smoothies can be fun, but be weary, they are often filled with hard to digest ingredients like algaes and crazy herbs you would never eat in real life. Simple is best my friend! A little barley grass juice powder is one ingredient, easy to digest, and more beneficial than most of these crazy powders if you want to try something. Hell, blackstrap molasses is better for you and way cheaper.
