The lifts that have a flat approach are easy and wonderful, wheb there is a little oiec of downhill as you approach rhe lift there is a chabce to oick ip a little speed and very little room to plow/stop for beginners and wipeouts happen. It's A rough start to the day for sure.

Ski resorts scare me now I’m worried about being stuck for hours on a ski lift ride and being eaten by wolves if I don’t survive. They don’t do a good job these days about checking the ride lift if it’s empty so I’m not going skiing anymore.

I had the opportunity to go skiing for a class field trip (first time) and I was good enough to get to go to the level before the ski lift but they wanted me to stop by crossing my skis inward??? Like a X which I'm sure is super dangerous for obvious reasons especially if your going fast. Anyways, I didn't want to do it partly because I thought when you had to do the ski lift, you had to jump off from high up and go down the hill from there
