I love how you instantly realised the golden ratio

Him saying *_"the second coming shakes hands with phi acknowledgeing that he didnt know they were chill like that"_* out of nowhere got me dead on the floor lmfao

And the calmness of his voice made it 10x funnier

Wait... Wait wait wait, so the 5 core dice (d4/d6/d8/d12/d20) are just the 5 plutonic solids? The fuck it really is math wizardry.

Bro LOCKED IN when he saw the 4D object

You hit the elemental nail on the head! Alan explained in his reaction video that the plutonic solids' colors represented the 5 elements

Thank you for pointing out that the antagonist was a 24-cell. I was stuck in 3D snd didn't consider a 4D plutonic solid.

It makes the final trap even funnier.
Altso spelling mistake:
Platonic not Plutonic 😅

16:30 if that is your friend pelvic thrusting while reciting every decimal on beat, that looks funny as fuck and should be a very cherished memory.

It's interesting that in the final fight with the hyperdiamond, our golden boy and TSC used five types of polyhedron with colors,
which indicated the symbolize of ancient Greek theory of Five elements.
Also, they acting accordingly.

Tetrahedron: Red, symbol of Fire. Stable, forever upright.
Octahedron: Light blue, symbol of Wind. Weightless, undisturbable.
Hexahedron (Cube): Green, symbol of Earth. Strong, immovable.
Icosahedron: Blue, symbol of Water. Flowing, amorphous.
Dodecahedron: Gold, symbol of Aether. Refined, eternal."

i love how you pause the video and actually explain some of the history and reasoning behind these videos, i can't wait to see more

5:17 - So I had to look it up. Apparently, the first golden triangle that shows up is a 1-sqrt(3)-2 right inscribed triangle, where the circle that circumscribes it has a circumference of pi*phi on the bottom, meaning the diameter is phi as shown in the transformation at
5:19 - From the transformation and notation on the triangle here, we see the property Phi^2 = 1+Phi, and thus the ensuing "golden square" that appears is a square with an area of Phi and further at 7:15

4d hyper diamond (24 cell) as a bad guy hating the phi for having fun till the last part is cool

I usually don't listen to people's rambles, but the excitement you have when explaining this stuff makes me want to actually listen. I love how you explain things in a way where someone who has little knowledge of this stuff is still able to follow along with what's being taught..

From my understanding from Alan's commentary on his channel: "animators vs games", he explained that the violent shape was 4D which I just find awesome that his team animated

14:40 GREAT! Some one noticed the cool music in this part!

Some nifty stuff I notices on my second watch:
_the passage from 0 dimensions (a point) to 1 dimension (a line) to 2 dimensions (the stickman) to 3 dimensions ( 21:52 the tetrahedron) and finally to 4 dimensions (the hypercube 23:48) at the end we go back to 0 dimensions (a point).

_Throughout the video, when the antagonist (let's call it "disorder") destroys something, it shows fractals as cracks and leaves the sierpinski carpet behind.

_ At 23:45 it shows something I don't understand very much but I think its a hypercube ( a 4D object) inside a non-Euclidian or 4th dimensional space, inside a 3D object, inside a 2D animation and then at 24:12 it closes back to 0 dimensions (the same point from the start). Now that was cool ngl.

_ 05:46 that's a Golden triangle bisected in Robinson triangles (a golden triangle and a golden gnomon.) (I think)

_ 15:14 whenever the golden ratio is shown in the triangle and square, the measurements change from numerical to Phi (which I though was a cool detail)

That's the interesting stuff I caught so far. I might be wrong about some of it(I am not a mathematician I just have autism).

7:59 You have to admit. That beat combined with the background music was cool.

Fantastic breakdown, i seriouslly loved the hell that moment where you displayed all the plutonic solids in your program and then they came up in the finale, that was just awesome
I also kinda love how.. in this one there were a little less just mind boggling concepts thrown at you and instead just an abscract statement about order in geometry having power, like im guessing thats because of the fact these sorts of discoveries very much were mythologised a lot, especially when it comes to geometry, thats how i understand it at least

Some commenters believe the antagonist is a hyper-diamond.
I thought it was Metatron's cube. Still terrifying piece of geometry.

That “thing” that was chasing em is another way you can explain a fourth dimension.

Yissss! So glad you got to this one so fast!!!

Edit: this is honestly why youre my favorite reactor rn on yt since not only are ur reactions just so b a s e d, but theres an interesting lesson to go with it! Good job my brotha, spit your fax indeed!
