The Ukrainian intelligence agency claimed it had destroyed a key Russian S-400 surface-to-air missile defence system in occupied Crimea. The Ministry said, as a result of the explosion, the Russian infrastructure, including the missiles mounted on it, had been destroyed.

S400 is not one component rather a combination of multiple items so one strike will not destroy a complete battalion or regiment of s400. Ukraine didn't mention whether they destroyed it's radar, communication equipment, missile launch vehicle, command and control vehicle, reloader, supply truck, etc. And these can be in multiples in a system. One thing is not of 550 million dollars rather a battalion costs that or 1.1 billion dollars for 1 regiment.
Turkey has 2 regiments
China has 6 regiments
India has 5 regiments
Russia has 25 regiments which is so much that it could have over 1000 components and thousands of missiles and here we are talking about 3 components and that to not sure whether it's s400 component or not or what component is destroyed if it's radar, jammers, communication and command vehicles then it would be expensive but if it's launcher vehicle or other stuffs it would not be that much actually
