Once a day, a single small bus, traveling from Kirkenes to Murmansk, is allowed to cross Norway's closed border with Russia. Since Putin's invasion of Ukraine, western Europe has sealed its borders with Russia.

All Russians who keep close ties to their "home" and feel the need to go there regularly, should not be allowed to Norway and EU. All those (few) Russians that are really in danger or have strong feeling against their country's politics, don't feel the need to go there. I am saying this as a Russian, living in EU. I personally haven't been to Russia since 2021, despite having my mom and brother there.

Lithuania is open to Belarus.

Thanks to this bus I got to see my mother last summer. I live in Finland and haven't seen her in two years. I really don't understand people in this comment section who wish for this little route to be closed. What for? Does it really makes you feel better when families get separated and are unable to see each other?
P.s I meant no politics here, just pure emotions and thoughts.
