This is looking awesome! Thanks for detailing the process especially on the body work. Eventually I will get to this phase on my project and its great to see that you can get these kinds of results working in your garage at home with a reasonable investment in tools.

What year Jeep, as I had one very much like that one with a solid tailgate .1976 CJ5 black Baja Bucket Seats 305 V8, 305. I sold it to a Detroit Lions player .

Oh yeah, under the roll bar is a classic rust spot for CJs. Mine was pretty bad too.

Consider painting it that acid green color that is one of the old paint layers. Looks great.

Looks good, couple of suggestions, 1st one take the filter out of the gun when you spray primers, 2nd to save money they make a " dmt" primers (direct to metal) high build, and you should be using a 2.0 to a 2.4 tip for the high build 😉
