My roommate and I were drunk and he asked me to help find his lost contact. I poked in his eye for 10 minutes for him to then remember he wasn't wearing contacts that night...

most of the times it happens due to your eye moistute content dropped due to long use. Therefore your contact lens got slightly dry and stuck to your sclera. If it happens to you, put in a lot of saline solution into your eye. Close your eyes for a while to let the lens soak up all the moisture. Don't panic. Then after a while, roll your eyes and the lens should be back to center. Remove them.

I’ve had contacts for yearrrs or would have my long hair get into my eyes and I always worried they would wrap around my eyeball or something and this has given me so much relief omg my new life starts now

When I was a kid I had a seedpod covered in spikes blow into my eye during a storm. It was enormous, got stuck in my fornix, and was one of the most painful things I've ever experienced. Despite being as thick around as a quarter, it got stuck so deep that it wasn't visible. The eye doctor pulled it out, without even scratching my cornea. A contact ain't nothing to worry about.
