My Ultimate reset button

An ice bath, followed by stepping into the intense, soothing heat of the sauna, is the ultimate reset button for me. 🌲🔥 Would you take the plunge, or are you team Christine on this one?

I have done this in my pool in winter, but I started to hyperventilate and it didn’t feel healthy
