I run a laser canon and you can easily tell if you're doing damage to it's face or not, the face is unarmored or lightly armored and u just melt these things all day. The only automatons I'm afraid of are rocket raiders, rocket devastators and tanks

They brought lasers and flamethrowers to an M242 Bushmaster fight. You literally just hit their head with the auto cannon.

Friendly tip from a fellow Helldiver. If you have the Anti Material Rifle, you can aim for the "face" of a hulk. Two shots are enough. But you need to be ACCURATE. It is a small target, especially the further away you are.

If you are not able to hit the face or do not want to risk the precision route, then you can do as the video says and circle behind them. The glowing vents on their back are also a weak spot, just not as fast.

Use a shoulder auto cannon when it comes to fighting the robots. It can pen hulks faces and back side easily if you can aim well. Also, you can aim for their arms on the side if you need to. Another thing if you see the guys with the chainsaws aim for the exposed bellies' quickest way to get rid of them despite their still a spongy enemy, but every shot saved is another shot for another enemy

Objection. 1 well placed railgun shot (unsafe with 0.5 secs from exploding) will kill it instantly
