Wow, I'm about 5 or 6 songs in, first time hearing of these guys. I skipped all the metal after about 1982, and don't give a damn for Metallica or anything after. I'm 66. Everything new sounds derivative, who cares? I think I just found a band to make it worthwhile to listen to new music again. Reminds me of hearing Hawkwind, Black Sabbath, King Crimson, Gang of Four, and Lothar and the Hand People all at once for the very first time.
